Booking & cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our guests while ensuring fairness for all. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: If you cancel at least 45 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

• Partial Refund: If you cancel between 30 and 44 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

• No Refund: If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in, no refund will be issued.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that cleaning fees and any other non-refundable charges will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
